I feel severe side effects and pain after being administered Anesthesia for surgery. Could there have been an Anesthesia error?

Immediately before surgery, I complained to the doctor about the anesthesia being overwhelming. The doctors did nothing about it. After surgery, I experienced severe, continuous pain in my arm that I believe is the result of the faulty anesthesia. What can I do?

It seems that you have a claim involving anesthesia accidents which would result of medical malpractice. Typically, the anesthesia administered is designed to either avoid pain in the local area of administration, or provide a general sedative (falling into a near-death like state without losing consciousness) when undergoing more substantial surgeries. Often time, the anesthesiologists involved are highly trained professionals whose role is to monitor and ensure that medication is properly administered. Typical mishaps include inadequate drug dosing ,l poor monitoring , insufficient training, unfamiliarity with techniques used, or machine misuse or malfunction.

Your best bet is to speak with a personal injury attorney experienced in medical malpractice to fully assess your claim and provide you with advice.
