Premises Liability Accident

Premises liability accidents are any type of accident the occur on someone else property. The "liability" in premises liability refers to the fact that owners of the portperty on which the accident occured may be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by the accident. Common types of premises liability accidents are slip and fall accidents. These occur when, due to an unsafe surface such as a wet slippery floor, someone falss and injures themselves. In these cases, the owner of the propet can be sued for compensation for the injuries caused.
